You can also use this Box Office for collection of tickets to performances in the Concert Hall or Lyric Theatre within an hour of your performance start time. If you have chosen to collect your tickets from the Box Office and you are collecting your tickets more than one hour before your show, the tickets will be available from the main Box Office.
